The Conception
In collaboration with the client, Forgex Group strives to thoroughly understand the project’s needs and requirements to optimize the results. We will consider municipal, provincial, and federal standards while aligning them with your practical expectations.
Measurements
Measurement is the most crucial of the 5 steps presented here. Without it being properly executed, major production issues could arise. That’s why we have implemented a triple-check system that includes: producing plans, data analysis by our production team, and client approval. In fact, nothing is left to chance.
Workshop Execution
Taking place within our workshops, we manufacture and assemble all railings, staircases, and balconies in advance. This step, which requires constant attention and meticulous care, is highly precise. Failure to adhere to plans and specifications can lead to detrimental consequences that may delay the project. This is why we take measurements twice rather than once to ensure flawless execution.
Paint application in the workshop
Once the structure is completed, it is time to protect it. Depending on the environment where the balcony, railing, and staircase structures will be installed, we apply optimal protection to preserve them for as long as possible.
- Enamel paints resistant to abrasion and cleaning products for less frequently used wrought iron (steel) structures.
- Electrostatic powder coatings for structures requiring a flawless and durable finish.

Quality Control
A crucial step, often underestimated by many companies in our field. This multi-point inspection allows us to ensure that the quality standards set by our company are met regarding, among other things, the design, measurements, and paint finish. Once the project is certified, it is typically packaged and stored in our warehouse until installation.

Indeed! All the projects we install are custom-made for you. We take precise measurements to ensure everything is perfect at the time of installation.
It is possible for us to sell you your project without installation. However, please note that for some products, specialized machinery is required for lifting. Additionally, we do not keep stock in our warehouse as everything is custom-made.
- Steel is one of the most commonly used materials in Patrimonial sectors. It is undoubtedly the most rigid. However, it requires regular maintenance.
- Welded aluminum is often confused with steel (wrought iron). However, its cost and low maintenance make it a preferred material. Additionally, it is durable and weather-resistant.
- Mechanical aluminum is an aesthetically pleasing and cost-effective material. It is prefabricated, which allows an easier installation.
