Demolition and Removal of Structures
This step, although it may seem quite daunting, is actually very quick when performed by the experts at Forgex Group. By cutting the welds that attach the structure to the building and removing the coverings from the balconies, we then swiftly remove all existing structures or materials using equipped trailer trucks. Often, this step is completed within a few hours, depending on the scope and complexity of the project.
This step is crucial as it requires our team to ensure that the existing structural components (balcony frame, supports, etc.) are still in good condition before installing new balconies, railings and staircases coverings. For more complex projects, we carry out the removal in stages to avoid disrupting the occupants’ access to the premises.
